Section 78
Security of service of staff
No staff member shall be removed or dismissed from the service of the Federal Parliament without giving a reasonable opportunity to give proof of clearance except in the following cases:-
(a) Convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge involving moral turpitude,
(b) Incumbent on fixed term post,
(c) the fugitive is not located or there is sufficient ground that it is not possible to establish contact,
(d) Convicted by the court on charges of corruption.
